The Mysterious NBA Floors

I have been trying to mod out a gifted copy of NBA2k14 and have two stubborn floors that will not change despite me rewriting the files. My Milwaukee and Sacramento floors stay exactly the same despite me removing them from the program file (f001 and f013, yes?) I have even removed these files, then attempted a game with no floor file even in the main program file. Yet these floors still magically appear. What am I missing here? It is becoming a rather frustrating exercise! Thanks in advance!

Delete the online data folder in your %appdata%

Thanks Kevin! Quick response that had me jumping out of bed to solve this mystery. Now...how do I get fix it so that it doesn't go looking for new content every time it loads up?

You could block it's access to the internet via firewall (?)
