Why doea their PR and Marketing sucks so much regarding PC anyway?
Right now it's simple yes or no question.
If they announce "next" gen version for PC I'm preordering right now.

True, but they might lose on console preorders if they do that.

And, as noted before, the PC userbase is a very small part of the overall userbase. Talking about the PC version is not a priority, as the PC version is not a priority in general, once again being a smaller audience.

100% agree. In recent announcements of games since the release of NG consoles have never had a question, which console port will be on the PC. Developers always give necessary answer via announcement. 2k sucks in this sense

I think pc version will be similar to NG 2k14 and some features will be cutted. I cant believe in another 2k13 two years in a row. Last year i was so sure that there will be no 2k15 version for pc.
