Maybe Hibbert is a bit overrated but dont forget Roy was much better during regular season...

A bit Overated ??? to me he is vastly overated.... I will take is regular season to support my concern:

A 7' 2" center that only have 13.5 PER, 43.9 % FG%, 6.6 Rebounds per game (B+ in game) (Note: 6.6 almost the same with Dirk Nowitzki (6.2) that have a C+ in game in this category in game)

I agree, Gortat needs a MAJOR ratings boost, and HIbbert needs to go down, below Drummond and Jordan.

I am, with absolutely nothing adjusted. I didn't have the problem before, or maybe I didn't notice it since I was still getting used to my shot timing and my player wasn't very good. Now he is, I have the timing down perfectly and most of my wide open 3's are rimming out. It's like my player releases the ball slightly to the left or right, I can see instantly if it will hit or not. Perhaps this can be blamed on the hot zones? Just a thought...

EDIT: I have used different shooting forms, with the same results when it comes to hitting wide open 3's. I actually hit more contested 3's then I hit them when wide open.
EDIT2: Alright, I've just done a little more testing, and this is becoming even stranger... Contested shots are fine, I have no problems with them. Open 3's, are a different matter. When I have a perfect release (Excellent & A+), I will always miss. When I make this an A-, or a B+ I will hit the shots in a normal rate just like it's supposed to be. So the only time I seem to be missing open 3's is when it's a perfect release...

I don't know exactly what's going on here but I have seen a similar issue, mostly with the CPU making tons of contested shots every game. I had the same problem you had with trying to make open shots so I just went to player %.

Drummond is far better and Jordan is tons more consistent. The only thing stopping DJ from being a 18 and 14 guy is his free throws. Inconsistency may be Hibberts problem but it is also his downfall. He should be rated about a 80 or 79. His height alone should be able to make for some good games, but his consistency rating should be below 45.

i dont see deandre jordan scoring 18 ppg. he's not getting any plays, because he has no offensive game. all he does is taking easy buckets and that's good enough, because his priority is to defend the rim. even if he would shoot 75% from the charity stripe, it wouldn't take him close to 18 ppg!

Numbers don't lie. Gortat is a stud. Hibbert is a dud. How can you be the biggest dude 7'2" and do nothing, literally nothing. He's a total waste.

just some stats that show that Gortat is playing better in almost all regions... i was surprised also because hibbert is 2 times all star and so on...
maybe hibbert is somehow HYPED ?? i mean Gortat is really just as good if your honost .. if not better.. Then maybe its hard to compare playing for two different teams.

Also the estimated wins added during this season is in big favor of Gortat: 5.4 vs 8.1 for Gortat...

2013-14 NBA 98.2 (6) in the nba

he influences the defence by locking up the paint with his size .... thats what we see now in the game against washington

so credit for that.. its hard.. but maybe we shouldnt continue this discusion here in this topic
