2K14 Extremely laggy!

Alright, everytime I play 2K14, I just experience heavy lags, the game runs smooth and ecerything but I never had that problem in 2K14, any fix guys?

I experience no lag

Turn off VSync

Update your drivers

Update DX and VCRedist's files

Try with game booster.
