hello ^^.

Here I ask myself a question, I have nba 2k14 pc, I play mainly with my player career mode, then I noticed that I could not raise my player states beyond 92 ...

picture 92 , not 99.

last year I could get 99.....

It's by design. They've added caps to ratings so that they can't be maxed out at 99.

Probably. I don't do any of that stuff so I can't offer any assistance beyond saying back up your file and give one of the trainers/cheat engine a try.
