Game won't launch

Hy there,

when i played the NBA 2k13, i couldn't wait to preorder the 2014- edition, and since it finally arrived i'm disappointed as f*ck.
I ordered it, payed for it, waited so long for it.
Installed it, started it... Oh no, i didn't.
Actually i'm very p*ssed, and really hope someone can help me.
I really really wanna play the new NBA 2k, cause i've heard so much great stuff about it.
Before someone replies i just wanted to give you some information about my computer.

AMD FX-6100 3,2 Ghz
Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 XT with Boost
8GB RAM
120GB SSD (with Windows 7 Home Professional x64)
2x 1TB HDD (on one is the NBA 2k14 located)

The game was on retail, so it's not a Steam-version.
And yeah, i often deinstalled it and reinstalled it.
