Stadium intros question

Hi,

I've seen some gameplay videos where they show real life footage of the stadium before the game starts (the announcer says we're in blah for tonight's game...). I thought it was pretty cool but I've never seen it in my game before. Is it part of some mod or presentation option?

No, that's part of the original presentation.

Oh, is it a random thing or does it show for every game/game type. Because I've never seen it in any exhibition (from the home menu) or regular season game I've played (haven't played playoff, finals or myplayer type games yet). I've seen other gameplay videos that don't show that footage either. I am playing the steam version of nba2k13 row region, maybe it's a na region thing only?
