Need Help Modding Jerseys Using NBA 2KX Mod Tool

I've been modding NBA 2K13 alot with this tool and I've never really had a problem but with NBA 2K14, the .dds for the jersey is messed up. How do i Mod jerseys now?

for CF, jerseys, shoes use 3DM Mod Tool

Everytime I try to use the 3DM Mod Tool i get an Error. 3DM MOD TOOL HAS STOPPED WORKING... The Tool never lauches but just gives me that error. It used to work last time I tried but it stopped ever since I installed Windows 8. Anyway around this?

maybe 3DM doesn't support Windows 8?
Try select compatibility on 3DM exe file

Yeah I think it doesn't support Windows 8. I tried changing the compatibility using the Windows Troubleshoot and Manually and neither worked. Any ideas?
