Starting Work on 2014 Draft Class

Apologies, since I'm new and such, but I figured since we don't have a roster editor yet (or however they built draft classes and such), I would start work on the 2014 draft class using the information on DraftExpress and NBADraft.com. I haven't ever did anything like this before, so I apologize if it's a bit 'meh', I'm just trying to get the basics into the game, along with something resembling a likeness. You can find the test draft class (and a second upload because my player creation approach is meh) under my username on 2kShare right now, labeled quite obviously.

If anyone wants to help out, or can help advise me on what I might be doing wrong, let me know. I don't know anything about adjusting tendencies or looking for correct animations for the players, so any help would be useful.
