2K13 vs 2K14 PC Minimum Requirements

I have an ACER ASPIRE ONE 725 Netbook...its terrible specially for in terms of gaming power!

PROCESSOR: AMD C-60 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.00Ghz Dual Core (this sucks)
RAM: 4GB
VRAM: AMD Radeon HD 6290 Graphics 256MB

Though, I can still play NBA 2K13 here with a poor 15FPS,... I can live with it, hehe trust me.... and my question is? How much different is the system requirements of NBA 2k13 and NBA 2k14? I'm afraid that I may end up buying this game yet it won't work on my shi*ty netbook...., anyone? I can live upon that 10-20FPS as long as I can play the game..... Thank You...

So, because the requirements are identical (and the graphics seem identical to me - I can hardly tell them apart.), can I assume that it will run equally as smoothly on my machine? I played one game of 2k14 yesterday but the frame rates were pretty bad on the same graphics settings as 2k13. 2k13 runs perfectly smoothly for me. I'm going to go home and defrag my HD and also change the cloth logic core assignments tonight and try again.
