Unconfirmed but there has been injuries in MyCareer for at least the last two years, I can't really imagine any reason they would have taken it out.

I just dislocated my finger in MyCareer. I had the option to play through the pain or sit out the games and miss em. So i guess I can confirm that injurys are in MyCareer

I'm playing for the Jazz in MyCareer and Jefferson was injured for 2-3 weeks (so I improved to 6th man role)
