Original My Player Face iff!

I recently installed some tattoo files without backing up originals! Does anyone have the originals that I can get to return neck to normal? I love the arm tats I've come across, but, I'm not a huge fan of the next tattoo. Is there anyone out there able to help?

you can't ask for original files here. If you bought the game you should be able to get the originals from the disk.
You should be able to get them even if you purchased the game from steam. Asking for originals could lead to you
getting banned.

And remember to always to back up your files.
