UPDATE:Well i learned alot from S_brats Tutorial and it help me understand where i was going wrong at and on that note the players turned out much better so thanks alot i appreciate all the help man.

No problem,it shouldnt be much longer im sure tho i believe he said around the trade deadline/allstar weekend
Im starting on more missing rookies and players until then once all of the new updates and everything are done being released i can start back on my mod project

You can create your own player portraits using the tool portrait workshop in the download section
and the cyberface i have chris copeland in the download section im sure you can find haslem too

Actually that was a face i put together from pictures of Haslem it could be the lighting im using tho what would you say is wrong with him?

It doesn't really look like the player your trying to make. You should give a try to make your own cyberface and headshape. If you want I can give you tips and tricks on how to make a good player update.

I did make that one up i used His original headshape,But can you tell me how to make a good one when its not a good picture available?Thats really what i need the help on.

I'm planning to make full tutorial on how to make a good player update like finding and editing the right head base, make different hair styles etc... but for now my suggestion to you is use high quality picture that you can practice, if possible without a smile or open mouth and no shadow. Use layer opacity about 50% so that you can align the 3 most important part of the bhead; eyes, nose and mouth. Then set back your layer opacity back to 100%. If your using a low resolution picture, sharpen your bhead and adjust brightness/contrast, hue, to make the color of your cyberface better.

also if you do have shadows and light which most pictures do then just use the paint sample tool and match up the color of the face and lighten or darken those areas with the brush tool.... make sure the pressure and opacity arent too high.... better to go over multiple times than one big blob.....
