Roster issue, not autoloading ??

In 2k12 when i started the game it automatically loaded my saved roster , now everytime i start the game i have to load it manually , it doesnt load on startup but loads the default roster , how do i fix this ?

You can't, that's the way it is. The same thing happened with NBA 2K12 post-patch.
