changing shot clock seconds

hi! guys
I have a question.
How can I change basic shot clock 24 seconds to different seconds? (ex:for using hex editer)

Help me.

cant be done with hex, maybe with the tsearch and other memory programs, but I dont know how

then which is the file to edit? NBA2K12.exe? or Settings.STG?

it wouldnt be a file, it would be a memory hack you'd have to run each game

I dont know a lot about that stuff.
