wowowow , to say that he is not a team leader i can say only WoW, just look what he did ,in one weak team like Cavaliers. I don't want to get to some deep conversations about Lebron, I just share my opinion .

yeah... how can you not call him a leader when he quite literally put the cavs on his back during his tenure there. a leader will take the load on himself, which is what he did, he wasn't a ball hog. now in Miami, D-wade is more of the leader and he deserves to be. he is a veteran with the team and a better and more experienced team leader than Lebron, which is why he takes the last shots generally. Lebron haters are pathetic. I know the game involves heart and fan dedication but in the end for a big portion of the players it still comes down to money, and to pick on one guy for so long just because he made a decision publicly (the wrong way i'll admit) makes you sound like a bunch of butt hurt bandwagon haters.

I just share my opinion and it is that for me Lebron is the best in the league right now. I'm Kobe fan but I admit Lebron is the best ,because he achieved so much in Cleveland , and we all saw what happened last season with Cleveland , when Lebron left (19-63).This can tell you what kind of a player LeBron is, and yes he sometime shuts down in games,but i don't i think he does that ,because he can't find the right motivation for the right moment. And about D-Wade he is definitly very good and talented everybody knows that, and sometimes he performs better that Lebron in clutch moments,but he can't dominate 50 games in one season like Lebron. When they join forces , i think they show us ,that they don't care about stats ,they just want to win rings. About the Finals , i would say that Lebron definitly wasn't looking motivated, I don't know, may be because so many people hate him,because of that "Decision show" ,and he just didn't handle with the pressure . But let's not forget that he is only 26 and he is a normal person like us with feelings, may be sometimes he is arrogant , but that's because he is good you know, and he wants to show that the pressure and all those critics can't affect him , but as i say he is young and he got a lot to learn.

Yes in CLE he was team leader, and I think with CLE he probably would get his NBA ring, becaus there he lead his team, but in HEAT he looks like other pleater not leader. Wade leader there. Bosh and Lebron are only the other part of team.
