i tried it but it get wrong..i think it is not impossible,cuz live 06 and 07 can share animations,and live 07 and live 08 can share anims...

That's not creating brand new animations. That's importing an existing animation from another game. No other PC version of the game has signature shots, so there's no bringing new jumpshot animations in from NBA Live 07 to NBA Live 08.
