Understandable, I'm one of the guys who has the balls to take criticism. What it really is, is that people can build off this, and if they like it. If not, then they change somethings. You know what I mean?

Don't worry bout The X. It was just that time of the month. :P

Jokes!

Anyway, I don't usually like adding NLSCers because I'm a realism freak but I caved in with ALIB. However, I think I've done a fairly good job with 'keeping it real'.

I have some questions.

I have a low-end laptop but it can play NBA 2k11, but only at lowest.

1.) How do you do the box score?
2.) Can I just put text since my pics will be lame because of the low settings..xD

Note sure how 2k11 works on box scores, but in other games, there is a 'save stats' feature.
karlsanada10 wrote:2.) Can I just put text since my pics will be lame because of the low settings..xD
You aren't required to do anything. You don't have to put screenshots in your association- it just looks better that way. Read this part- it may be helpful:
Houndy wrote:Do not just say, "I BEET LA 99-96 IN 5 OT AND I HIT GAME WINNING THREE WITH SHAQ." Send the box score to 2k and copy and paste it to here. Then, put a quality summary (optional) and add some pictures. If you cannot take pictures, then add maybe a real life picture, and describe it with your best detail. Take some interesting pictures, like this one of Shaq vs Kobe: Round 4
You can use a real pic from the internet - maybe include a video from youtube- and please, do not hit the game-winning three with Shaq.

Also, let me emphasize- do not become a Thierry. :D

Just read through this one thinking it was a copy of the dynasty one. I disagree with like half of these tips :P

karlsanada10, You can log on to 2ksports, upload your screenshots and your boxscore. You can put anything you want, it is your association so your own style would be the best to do.

I actually wrote like a third of a dynasty guide before realizing that it was too overlong and that there are so many different ways to make these stories. I like to experiment and try different things. This guide's a bit too poorly written and rigid for my taste, but mine would just be include pics (perhaps?), find a niche, have fun, pick a team you like, don't make 500,000 reserved posts, don't write essays for game previews and don't write like a 3 year old. There are so many different ways you can do it though.

That would be me. "To Thierry a dynasty" would be, quit it because you got bored, because you don't like the team anymore... happened to me around 45 times. :shake:

I haven't quit my old one. I haven't updated it in a bit, but I'm still working on it. I'm still in the playoffs. My new franchise is kicking ASS though.

I always one year pick an underdog eastern team ( a team who didn't make the playoffs) I like as my team and the next year a western conference team. Why do i do that you ask? I have tons of fun trying to build up an uncoming or underdog team. On 2k11 I picked The Sacramento Kings because i like to see how i do with Tyreke Evans and DeMarcus Cousins. If i was good at the pictures and all that I would definity show a dynasty on here. I am horrible at computers with the exception of email and going on social sites. I will say this much the first year i didn't make the playoffs.T he second year Tyreke was injured for half the season and the kings made the playoffs with a 40-42 record only to lose to the Lakers in the first round. I even signed Andrei Kirilenko and Delonte West in the off season along with drafting a rookie point guard named Leonard Horsley.

Sure it may take anywhere from six seasons or more to win a championship but its fun to build up a team and turn them into playoff contenders.

:P :P I'm planning to make a thread about my Association with the Mavs, just bought the game and I just set the settings for my association. But, I doubt if I can make a successful association thread.
