FIBA WORLD 2K10: R E L E A S E D

The day has come, the day some of us have been waiting with patience, others with hate and anger. I don't blame you, but I am not going to explain why the release day is today but not some weeks ago. Everything was said a number of times. We can not foresse what awaits us in the future. The only thing I blame myself for is are the talks about releasing patch before the real championship. We couldn't do that.

I want to thank everyone, who helped us with the work,especially:
D-fish - for his dedication, hard work with the roster and patience. Althoug he is a working person, he spent every free to make the roster right, the ratings realistic. He spent hige amount of time watching the actual games in order to make the ratings as realistic as possible. He was actualy the one who encouraged us to make all the 24 teams.
Hugo-JMC - A person who created a lot of jerseys for the mod, a person, whose jerseys I used as a base for creating new ones. Warm ups, numbers some retro jerseys were also made by JMC.
Dun!x - The person who helped me a lot with importing exporting stuff into iffs. I could always count on him, he was always there and did everything that he was asked to. Sometimes I felt even guilty for making him do huge things for me. He has also made most of the portraits, which we won't include in the 1st release. Some warm ups, jerseys, fans an other graphic stuff. Thanx for your patience and huge contribution!
Pepis21 - Our friend from Poland. For making amazing jerseys (warm ups, fans, numbers). He helped us alot, he was the one who helped to finish the graphic part much quiker.
Jaosming - for 3d court editing and answering my questions.
terrybgood - for his help with court hex editing (colors).
[Double LC] - for FIBA scoreboard.
wilton - molten ball, startup screen.
Everyone who wanted, tried and helped us, THANK YOU.
I also want to say thank you for cface makers. I have no idea who have made the faces I used here.
Although there are a few days left until nba 2k11 is released, I still hope this patch will cheer you up!

THE PATCH INCLUDES:

-Ratings for all 24 World Championship teams (except Jordan & Tunisia)
-Graphics for all 30 teams (jerseys, some retros, logos, dornas, warm up suits, fans, cheerleaders etc....)
-Signature and FT shots for most players
-FIBA scoreboard (widescreen), settings and FIBA sliders files.
-Some of the players that did not play in the championship are on the roster, you can remove them at any time

-No portraits, no too much cyberfaces
-Mexico, Uruguay, Israel, Poland, Great Britain won't have roster
-Angola, Brasil will not have warm ups(Brasil 2009 jersey have warm ups)
-I've been experiencing some problems when I tried to plays vs China. The game just kept crashing, have no idea why.
-You will also see logos of nba teams in the beginning of the game on the courts (when the lighs are off and they spin on the courts) as well as some nba stars on the jumbotron

NOTE: I am not going to make any updates, because I have spend lots of time on this and I want to have some rest. Maybe after some time, if the iff editor and other programs work, I will convert the files into 2k11.

INSTALATION:

!! I suggest you make a seperate copy of the whole NBA 2k10 folder, because you will overwrite a lot of files, logos, jerseys etc and you won't be able to play with nba teams!!
1.Put the content of the 'Fiba IFFS' folder into your NBA 2K10 directory
2.Put the 3 files from 'Roster settings sliders' folder into your saves folder.
3.Go to the game, load the roster, settings and sliders.
4.Play the game.

this is sick. though, you still have the same thing you used to do earlier with LKL and other patches - you mess up the numbers. I'm pretty sure nobody in team USA or Spain plays with jersey numbers higher than 20 (and in most cases - 15). And Kleiza is #11 (instead of 8), K.Lavrinovic is 12 (instead of 11). I'm pretty sure you'd find accurate numbers in Fiba tournament sites, such as Eurobasket (for LTU and ESP) and Fiba Americas (for USA).

We are doing patch according to results in Beijing 08 Olympic Games Results. We decided that we will release in first version those 4 teams. About other teams we will think later.
