hours is nothing. it will take at least 6 hours to make me feel it later on and i am an old man . growing up i would go for 10 hours every day. if you live it you can easily do it

You guys should play 10 hours of wheelchair ball and then tell me you arent sore as fuck over your entire body the next day. Just a thought. My cousin played for the first time for a couple hours and decided he'd never try it again because he couldnt move for 2 days afterwards.

Our tournaments used to be 7 games in one day then a "place" game on the 2nd day. I was almost never sore back then. If i did it now: i'd be half dead the next day...i think im getting old like sauru

Pardon moi, folks. I never realized that, but thought it was more of watching flowers and trees growing outside the window while playing the basketball.

Seriously... I think I belong to one of older folks around here myself, being in very late 20s, so good to know I'm not the only one that's getting old here.
