add tatoos?

is it possible to add tattoos to created or cpu created rookies or players?
here is an example of one person doing it but i want to do it myself. plz help.

God damn, I hope this comes out for PC next year too. The CAP system on consoles killed it for me so bad.. not to mention it looks and runs better on PC.

Hopefully I can get better at editing headshapes. I suck with 3DSM and sometimes I get errors when I import them back into the iff.

yes it is ive done it for my character which is me, you will have to use an iff from a player try using one from someone on the free agents since they wont really matter only thing that sucks is you will have their portrait soo try to find one that might look like you or at least close and then just edit that iff file thats how i did it i really havent tried any other way cause ive read on some post you look at whatever number your player has in the roster editor and get an iff and make it that same number so lets say png3152 i think itll be for the first created character and that itll work never tried it though but you should try that
