Anyone find a fix for ball sound loss?

Ball bouncing sound loss on %90 of court anyone knows the reason?

You can hear it in the tutorials, but you cant hear it in a game because of the crowd noise.

yep and that's normal...try watching a live NBA game...most of the time you can't hear the dribble....
