Martti. wrote:I think Brand is much better in the game then he was this season. With the recent play of Lee though, I'd stick with him. Brand could interfere with Bogut's emergence this season too.

I can't say the same for Durant. You made him into a jerk.

and GET BRAND just so you can get Scola's ass out of Seattle(yeah, i hate scola)

hova- wrote:I would not take Brand. btw the chapter was decent. I hope this Blake guy will be in there more often. Seems to be a fierce competitor for KD in the future. Stay with Lee, he's already in his thirties in your D I guess, so now is his prime time.

Yeah, now I remember why I stopped reading this association

Looking forward to this getting rolling again.

Tyson Scores Season High 43, Leads Durant-less Stealth
31 December, 2012
Preview | Box Score | Recap | Highlights
CHARLOTTE (AP) – Reshawn Tyson scored a season high 43 points and Andrew Bogut added 22 points and 10 rebounds, as the Seattle Stealth improved to 10 wins over .500 to close out 2012. Tyson and Bogut shot with deadly precision as they combined to go an incredible 30 for 35 from the field.
Head Coach Will Sit was in awe of his two starters’ performance, “Wow. Did they just miss 5 shots out of 35? I wish they could do that every night.” He even gave them a ringing endorsement for a certain event in February, “Ty and Andrew are definitely All-Star caliber. It would be hard done if they weren’t picked for that All-Star squad.”
Kevin Durant was involved in an ugly collision with Charlotte Bobcat forward Christopher Blake. That sent him to the locker room with roughly half of the second quarter left to play. Durant was hit hard on a drive to the hoop and landed on his back. Blake walked away as the home crowd cheered and the second leading scorer in the NBA for this season was carried off the court on a stretcher.
The stubborn Durant insisted on returning to the court in the fourth quarter and was called for a technical after a dangerous challenge on Blake’s teammate Mark Moore. Durant, who had 13 first quarter points, finished the game with 17. His final two baskets came late in the game; the second of them was a layup with 2:40 left. That keyed a game-clinching 10-2 run from the Stealth.
Devin Harris led the home side with 37 points, 7 assists and Moore added a double double of 18 points and 10 assists.
Notes: 2012 first overall pick Jao Wu had a good run for Seattle as he notched 9 points from off the bench… A few days after Philadelphia offered Seattle Elton Brand for David Lee, Lee responded with a solid 9 points, 7 rebounds. The PF was quiet about a possible team swap and quickly left the locker room after the game… The disappointing Bobcats dropped to 11-21 and this looks like it could be the start of some big trades to help the franchise build for the future…

Martti. wrote:Nice job with Bogut and Ty. Though for now they're Durant's side-kicks I guess, at least Durant won't let things go differently.
Great that this is back.
Mark. wrote:Bit of a shoot out. An efficient performance from yours truly though!
Hyperize. wrote:I've had plenty of games like this in my past associations. The offense is there, but you can't quite find the defense. Good win all the same.
