CF White patch on the back of the head

Hi guys, just started making a cyberface yesterday but i have some problems. First the lighting on the top of the head of the player luckily i've found the solution (alpha sweat) but i still have 2 problems. There is a white patch at the back of the head of my CF and how do i put a headband around his face? Please help me guys.

Show me the bhed(face in photoshop) and take a screenshot and i will tell you what happened
