You should install them via texmod.

are you making them from scratch or just editing the already existing texture of each player?

I can make Ricky with his new haircut but I discovered smt...For example when I remove Melo's cornrows Iverson's cornrows are also being removed...so I don't know whose hair will be removed when I make Ricky without cornrows...same with Livingston...Neither can I make new cornrows without a headshape editor,sorry .
