Intentional foul

This is a weird problem.In NBA rules i set intentional foul on and when i play the game i fouled him but there's no foul.My player grabs opponent but the game goes on,i play on highest settings.

delete your settings, restart the game, and bingo, they're calling the foul

How do you mean,delete your settings?

go to: Load/Save---> delete---> and delete your settings Than quit the game, start it again and autosave will create a new settings save file
Or you can go to:
C:/Documents and settings/User/Application Data/2k sports/saves and delete SETTINGS.SET file
