help with trades in association mode

im sorry but im just a noob. i cant figure out how to make a trade with the players i want to get. my team is houston and everytime im going to the trade menu only phoenix and san antonio are the teams wich i can get players traded. when im clickin the < or > arrow its useless and i cannot select other teams. all i do is put my player on trading block and hoping for any good offers. sorry for my bad english. can anyone teach me pls? tnx!
