Screen Color

I turned off my pc for 15 minutes, when i turned it on How can i fix this prob?
edit: Posted new picture (I edited it with photoshop to get the effect), i have no idea y the print screen did not show the dark colored screen i had I dont have that prob any more after shutting down the pc for another 15 mins everything went back to normal.

What problem? Using Internet Explorer? Having way too many toolbars?

if its a problem with your monitor it wont show up in a print screen
