Getting fouled out after 3 fouls

how can i fix this problem?
i'm playing cha vs cle, gerald wallace commits his 3rd foul and all of a sudden the game says he's fouled out.

You are most likely using different sliders/settings than the original ones. Just change the Foul Limit in the NBA Rules Options to 6 (or ON, i can't remember). Don't forget to save your settings, otherwise you might have to do this over and over again after starting a new game.
