Be a Pro Mode

How this mode affect my profile? Is this one game only mode? I tried it and it's very easy even in superstar level. I am thinking that "BE A PRO" mode is like creating a player then train it, and the result of that "one time" training will be the basis for you to qualified for the draft. Assuming you are drafted by a team, thats when the "BE A PRO MODE" will become enjoyable. there will be some challenges/test for you to passed in order to get your playing time. like, you need to at least make 8 out of 10 free throws. or better bring-in your player to academy challenge and improve his skills there. and on every game you will play... there are some challenges you need to make depends on your position... like forced the opponents point guard to 1 turnover if you are a PG... etc...

am i missing something in BE A PRO mode? it doesn't feel like being a pro to me.

Be a Pro in the Xbox 360 and PS3 version is a single game mode where you're locked to a position and are graded on your performance. Nothing has been said about its future but I wouldn't be surprised if it evolves into a full career mode at some point.
