has anyone have this problem before?

i need some serious help guys....apparently i have this part of skin that is stuck to my penis and its freakin' weird....it can't be pulled down fully because of the attachment...is it something i should be worried about? 'cause i'm freaking out here....

Firstly, you have a foreskin....this is natural....are you aware of differences between circumcised & uncircumcised penises? if not, basically watch porn, they're all uncircumcised....the foreskin is attached to the underside of the head (glans or whatever the heck they call it), so this is natural....just wanted to get that out of the way before people tell you that you've got a medical problem....the main question I would ask is can you pull back your foreskin so that the head is exposed?!? if you can, then you have no issues....

if you can't pull the foreskin back because it's too tight & painful, then you probably have phimosis (or foreskin-itis)....it might be genetic or it might just be that nobody told you to pull it back through childhood or whatnot....either way, if this is the case, you're going to need to see a doctor, no way around that....the two main options that I'm aware of are circumcision or the less invasive option, which is topical steroids, which thins the skin & after a little while, you should be sweet....best to deal with those sort of penis issues straight away, as you don't want it to cause problems later....

it depends, if you can pull it down so that the whole head is showing, then yes, good & healthy....the little connector bit will prevent you from pulling it any further....however, if you are only able to pull it down to show part of head, then that's a problem....
