Open Roster injured reserve slots

how do i open up the slots to let alteast 2 more players into rotation like with atlanta hawks there are 3 slots in reservs how can i make it just one slot
for injured reserv? other teams i noticed just got 1 or 2 and some 3 is there any way that i can edit this andrew?

It depends how many players are on a team. If there are 15 players, there'll be three inactive roster slots, all occupied. A fourteen player roster will have one available slot with two players inactive, a thirteen player roster will have just one inactive roster slot being used and two free roster slots while a twelve man roster won't use the inactive roster at all.
