LEBRON VI WADE 4 AND SHOE RELEASE

could someone please tell me what I am doing/understaning wrong while patching the game with TextMod?!

1. I ran Textmod. Package Mode
2. Under "Target Application" I chose nba2k9.exe
3. Under "Select Packages" I enlisted various files including wade and lebron new shoe.
4. I clicked "Run"


The game loads just fine and all of the included "things" under "Select Packages" are now available in the game, however as soon as I exit the game and re-enter it in the regular way (trough nba2k9.exe, without using textmod) all of those "things" are back to default

So, how do I make these Selected Packeges permanent?

Do I always have to run the respective packages and the game trough textmod ?
