Divisional Re-alignments?

Article from NBA.com here, discussing a hypothetical Western Conference re-alignment to accommodate the relocation of Seattle to OKC.

If there was a Western team that could conceivably be moved into the Pacific Division, I'd rather they went back to four divisions, two in each conference. That way you've only got the two guaranteed playoff seeds in each conference for the division winners, which you could still seed according to record within the top four.
