The Jersey Creator Contest over on the official NBA Live 09 website has now closed, with EA posting a gallery of the entries which you can check out here. The winning design will be featured in NBA Live 2010.

No idea, I thought it was supposed to be in NBA Live 09. Maybe it'll be made available as free DLC at some point?

The Golden State Jersey is in the game...When you pick the Warriors look through their Jerseys and you should see it...

They need to choose the best jersey for each team and put them all in the game.

Indeed. The ability to create and import your own custom jersey using that tool (and making it available for others if you wish) wouldn't be a bad idea either.
