Hi Andrew,
Is it normal to experience a significant slowdown after first patching? I mean, I had this issue with live 2003 too... do you know why this happens?
ps - I didn't know about not mentioning cracks... I personally buy live every year so that's not what I'm looking for here. I just need some help with patching.

Yes, it's normal, it sucks, but it's normal.
Last year, a No-CD crack fixed the problem for me.
DISCLAIMER: No-CD cracks must only be used if game bought.
