This thread might be helpful for accessories and appearances. Maybe you guys can get them all in before 2.1 to finalize the currently about half mark.

bout tha playbook tha cpu doesnt use tha playbooks thats set. tha cpu randomly uses tha plays in tha playbook.
Wed Nov 12, 2008 6:09 pm
im not sure what happens with the playbook tbh - i just took the list from Kruza and assigned them as per, in the order.... maybe something else needs triggering in the settings?
or are they just user side playbooks?
ill have a look about see if there is anything else, but as far as i am aware, making those changes was all that was needed?
Wed Nov 12, 2008 6:13 pm
yes making those changes was all to be done. they are juz user side playbooks. which means cpu juz randomly use a play from the playbook.
Wed Nov 12, 2008 6:17 pm
It seems that the CPU always run the same play over and over again. I was playing against Philly and they ran the same play (getting Elton Brand for a mid-range shot at the top of the key). They ran this play over and over again and did not get Iggy the ball that much. Is there a way to get the CPU team to run more than one play? and use different plays?
Wed Nov 12, 2008 7:31 pm
yeah just read up that the playbooks are user side only and that the CPU will select any play from the whole playbook....
bit of a pain, but at least the user has the realistic options open to them for each team
Thu Nov 13, 2008 2:15 am
ah ic, it seems that when the cpu chooses random plays to run it means that the computer will run only 2 different plays for the whole game lol
Thu Nov 13, 2008 3:15 am
it depends on which team u're playing against. play against tha spurs and see how many plays they run.

OK check the opening post for details, V2.1 is now online - this corrects the previous edit changes and adds a few other minor tweaks
Big shout to Ryan for all his hardwork on getting these changes made quickly for V2.1

What to look for in future updates:
Up to date rotations including minutes per game
Updated ratings
About this, didn't you already update the rotations and included minutes per game in 2.1?
So, basically, all that is left to do is update the ratings and any updates that nogster and co release to their playbooks/tendencies, etc.?

Is it the same link posted in the first page?
nvm, it's the same link but the file is updated. Maybe the title should be changed to 2.1 instead so ppl won't get confused

Wow, this is awesome guys. THANK YOU big time for all the work.
I got a question. In the 2.1 updates it says you updated the rotations and minutes per game, but in the things yet to be done list it says minutes per game as well. Does that mean not all of it was done, or did you just forget to remove it from the to do list?

Nice job, guys.

I appreciate all of your hard work, just two small fix need.
1. Antonio McDyess' still free agent in your roster, but he is playing in Denver now.
Check this out:
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/teams/depth?team=den
2. And Josh McRoberts is right-handed in the game, but he is left-handed.
I ain't fornting just want to help you.

sorry, yeah Ryan did add in the minutes/rotations as best possible with the data available
Thu Nov 13, 2008 8:08 am
Have you fixed the 3pt shooting being too high a percentage? The base 3pt ratings are way too high default.

Nope, this is a roster update - we havent done any graphical changes bar adding in all the missing players with their faces in game
