Well,feeling ko ako pinaka swerte na tao sa mga download ng UPB mod kasi lahat ng bugs na sinabi ni Hamzie,wala sa akin,walang bugs nung nilagay ko yung UPB mod so thanks for your excellent work guys,and yeah the dynasty/season mode did work I thought it wouldn't,I just started one with the Air21 express and it works beautifully,the only problem is the ratings of the 3 pointer and field goals,and PJ Simon is way underated in speed and quickness I think It should be around 86-89

I'll be releaseing a new ROSTER probably this weekend. The salary values and years of contract in the 1st roster was missing, so when you start a new dyansty, around 1-2 yrs lang mga contracts nila and also the salary cap is way too high. I have updated the salary and yrs of contract in the new ROSTER release. Now the Team total annual salary is only around 20-25M (values taken from PBAFantasy) and the max salary per team is i think around 53m. Now most players have 3-5 years contract which make most team lineup intact, except for the CPU trades w/c we cannot control.

Can you guys give me an estimated player speed for the PBA players? Also if you know whos left-handed pls post it also.

The UPB Mod was designed to play both the UPB and NBA Roster. All NBA teams will still use their own respective logo, jerseys, and courts, except for the AllStar as i got lazy to name it differently and i encounter crashes when i changed the allstar names. Both are playable but the loading screen, startup scoreboard (FE) will always be UPB. I havent tested playing the NBA roster with UPB installed but i assume it will work. If you tested it, pls tell us if both UPB and NBA Roster can be played (im busy playing Dynasty to test it..lol).

Right now the main concern is making the PLAYER RATINGS more accurate. Then possibly adding more accessory if there is any and making the ROSTER more stable. We cannot make the shoes accurate, that would be a lot of work and research, but what we can do is assign a proper shoes for each players.

first of all, thanks so much to the effort and initialization to do this mod, pati na rin sa lhat bng mga tumulong dito. ang lupet ng smb! overkill un lineup! pati tnt rin overkill! nalaro ko kgabi un mod. ang lakas ng smb at tnt! c arwind santos ang realistic sobra nagccut pa sa screen at nagttres dn at ang lakas magrebound! c asi parang shaq tlga ng pba!

para sa mga nagrerequest ng mga accessories dyan, we can already make it by ourselves by going to edit player and adding/editing the accessories. c arwind santos wlang armband pero ok lng ako nlng mglalagay, wag na natin masyado pahirapan c sir hamzie dahil sa mga bagay na kya na natin gawin. para lng at least realistic ang mod, ang prob natin is un mga lefties, at un jersey numbers, substitution patterns, player ratings, etc, hnd un accessories (which we can edit by ourselves).

thanks a lot sa release ng UPB, matagal ko na talaga to hinihintay at sa wakas ay narelease din, at sa nakikita ko ay marami kang napasaya.. congrats again!

sir tanong ko lang prob ko, kasi crash talaga sa akin e, after ko load ng roster ready na ako select ng teams at configs ok naman lahat pro nung pagkatapos na magloading at magsisimula na ang game ay error na. 2 ang PC ko pero the same output parin, error. yung dinowload ko ay yung http://www.filefactory.com/file/d22b9e/ ... B_BETA_rar. orig yung copy ko ng NBA08, nalaro ko na yung PBA08 beta, then pati yung albys RR8 at maayos naman lahat di ako nkaranas ng anong problema, sinubukan ko yung ibang mga mods, wala probs, bukod tangi lang talaga itong UPB, di ko alam kung ano problema pro cguro 20X ko na install-unistall para lng malaman ano prob, simple lang naman ang instructions na binigay mo at paulit ulit ko ring sinusunod, mas mhirap p nga yung RR8. i am really dissapointed now na parang ako na lang ang di pa nkakalaro.

Oki i have posted a day ago a better installation guide at my 1st post. If your PC can handle RR8, then no problem with your PC requirement.
(Make a backup of your old NBALIVE install if you like and put it in a different directory).
- Try unstalling your NBALive game, then delete whats left in your default nbalive directory (bka kasi may naiwan mods dun na nag conflict sa mod).
- Delete also the folder NBALIVE 08 (NBA save game directory). Default location is My Documents\NBA LIVE 08.
- Now follow the Installation Guide i posted at the 1st page.
NOTE: The ROSTER folder was not properly arranged. There are 2 files inside it, the New UPB folder and the settings folder.
The settings folder should pe placed in your
C:\Documents and Settings\Your PC User\My Documents\NBA LIVE 08
while the New UPB folder should be placed in your
C:\Documents and Settings\ALADIN\My Documents\NBA LIVE 08\saves
See the difference?

Next week or til the new site by vinz is up, we will release the UPB BETA with an installer as suggested by other patchers, so that people will have an easier time installing the mod. It will include a slightly edited roster with salaries and years of contract good for Dynasty. The Noth and South Jersey will also be fix. Hopefully if i receive the ROS and the TNT Jersey by vhan, then is will also be included. Someone asked if the mod is playable with the NBA roster, yes it should be playable but i only tested it with UPB and Shoe Pack installed, so it would be easy to troubleshoot if there are problems. Though i don't recommend having both RR8 and UPB, i think it should work (If you install the UPB last, then UPB Frontend will be used, if vise vesa then RR8 FE wll be used).
