How is the create a player for NBA Live 2009? can anyone link me to some screens or vids showing it? thx

I haven't checked out the PS2 version's CAP yet but the 360/PS3 version's CAP has been beefed up a bit. You've got the usual functions as far as assigning player ratings, bio data and accessories but you can also assign players signature jumpshot forms, Go To Moves and the like.

most probably the CAP will be like in live 07 and 08. you know how EA likes to recycle things

Just had a look at the PS2 version and can report that there is nothing new in that version. Only the Xbox 360/Playstation 3 version's CAP has been updated.

Oh, anybody knows how many players we can create? In Live 08 I think we can only create around 15 or so, which is a total buzzkill.

i checked there isn't possibility to cap with special moves or hot spots.you can only decide for bio aspects and ratings.

Correct, those features aren't available in the PS2 version's CAP mode. They are, however, available in the Xbox 360/PS3 version.

There isn't a CAP on the Wii.
