i'm using original and why does it only crash for LAKERS after installing kris' fix? i'm stupid coz i didnt make a back up :-(

Kris thank you very very very much. This is really a very very very good AI and also your lightning. Your lightning looks very nice coz the players faces, uniforms and shoes looks very real.

I played with your AI in my dynasty (5th season) in semifinals and finals for a 5 min quarter (superstar level):
semis : Memphis 4 - Portland 2
finals : Memphis 4 - Altanta 0

Although I've just played against two teams here are my comments/obeservation: By the way I played with my own sliders (Very High CPU defense and High CPU shooting percentage)

1) finally PG got substitiuted. if a team have two good PG they substitute more often. If only one is good they substitute the PG only when in foul touble.
2) i love the way PC finds the open man inside and outside. Better ball distribution.
3) balance in scoring. PC always find the open man and if not they go to their superstars.
4) PG dominance have been limited. Although with Portland and Atlanta they both have a 81 and 83 PG rating so I think this is understandable if they are aggressive sometimes.
5) more substitution. at least 10 to 11 players have a chance to play.

With your AI bro kris and my sliders I am now struggling with my games:
although I sweep Atlanta in 4 games in the finals but the games were very close and most often I am behind. I just got lucky I have Paul, Igoudola, James, Howard in my line-up. I cannot just blow out a team now. With Portland I even have two games in OT. I won the first and lost the second one.

Overall Bro Kris this is the BEst AI for now. again thank you so much.

if u have please kindly share it to me....
bcoz my PC got ruined recently and was reformatted that's why i was not able to recuperate my old files...so please guys if you have please don't be selfish im begging you i really need it badly...
hope you understand me, I'm certain that if you're in my situation you would do the same thing....

Sorry if i did not post any replies lately but to be honest the main reason for me to leave 08 is that i think it is about time for me to be gone for a while since there was a speculation that 2k9 will be rleased in pc and nigu is there to help me in my burden in fixing and dealing with the aiact of 08 and its been a long since i am fixing this damn "bugs" that ea brought to us and i am now tired so i need some time on my own and maybe ill be back when im ready to make some fixes again..

The new Fix is great, Kris. But I have a big problem with it! It's impossible to play the FIBA World Cup Challenge! Can you, ore somebody else try to fix it??

YOu've made live 08 a playable game, it's really real now, i would never have belived that I would say that! You're the man!
I think you should open an account in a bank, where every fan could give you a little something, for we owe you so much!
With out you the money we spent on the game would have been a waste!

Last patch is 99% perfect, i belive that 08 can't be made any better!

PS! For NBA fan with only pc's i have a great news: EA made a killing mistake with not making 09 for the pc, BUT nba 2k is now officially coming to PC and not with its 2010 version, but with 2k9!!! released 21th oct!!! This is great! And it's not ripped from some crappy ps2 version, it's from the newest xbox360 version!!!! :twisted:
