Searching the released patches section will find what you need. Alby's rosters have most of the rookie cyberfaces and portraits included. Andrew's forth coming rosters will be released with most of the rookies also.

Their cyberfaces are not correct.

I'm not sure what you mean there, there have been some excellent cyberfaces posted in the Releases & Previews section.
