Killer Crossover aka OG, nice job on both Anthony Morrow and James Singleton.

For Anthony Morrow, my suggestions is try to make his nose less symmetrical because you use half of the nose and flip it for the other half right? Make it less alike.

For James Singleton, the most urgent fix is the blending. Make the rest of his head (the bald area) the same colour as his face. Just match them up because right now the blending cannot be seen. The contrasts between his face and his head is very obvious. The face details are superb however.
