I'm having troubles updating my rosters.

I have Live 2004 for the Xbox and I printed the text roster updates from this forum. I don't see half of the free agents listed on the roster updates in the game. Does the XBOX version not have all of the free agents? I also have trouble with trying to sign a player onto a team and the team having too many players all ready for me to sign him. These might be stupid problems but I'm trying to get the rosters straight before I start playing again. I also see that I have to create players but no ratings are listed therefore i just leave them with default ratings.

If there are any suggestions on how to properly go about updating my rosters is much appreciated. Once again, this may sound stupid to some but its my first time trying to do this and would like some help. thanks in advance

The thing about the roster is that all NBA teams can only have 15 players on the roster. There's only a few teams with more than 15. Golden State, Houston, and I more I can't remember. But for the most part you should be able to fit the players.
