The All-New Phone Thread (Now with extra content!)

I bought a Sony Ericsson w200i yesterday as a birthday gift for myself (yes that's how miserable it is), not going for much value and funkiness so I went for the cheaper phone.



Liked the set since it already has a 128MB memory card to start off with, a headset that is loud enough to make my earwax melt, the USB data cable and the charger. Reasonably priced below 5000 Php.

By default, this unit has the Orange Walkman theme and since my brother has downloaded a freeware theme editor, I changed mine into a blue theme.

Wallpaper: Clicky.
Ringtone: The phone's default tone.
Message Alert Tone: Darth Vader saying "Yes, master."
Games: Currently downloading some
Songs: Since I'm stuck with the 128MB memory card, I'm only able to put like 25 songs.

SMS Tone: For SE I have "Beep, Mail mo*herfu*ker!" and for Nokias their original tone
Basicly i use SE but 6100 is mostly in use for the most important calls (job stuff etc), 6610i is just for fun

I currently use two phones, the Nokia 2610 which is a pretty useless MMS phone, and the Sony Ericsson phone I posted above. Because I have two SIM cards. One for personal use and the other for personal use.

Jup, three phones. Im planning to get one of those Dual Sim phones so it would be much easier.

Just bought a memory card for my W200 phone for extra [s]porn[/s] music content.

this is my phone, the nokia 5310 xpressmusic, but mine is with the color blue. it is kind of frustrating to listen music with because whenever i listen to my mp3s, the phone will suddenly restart itself and then it will take a long time to load itself back. it will all of a sudden give me a blank white screen. i think its a firmware problem, but i can't find an update anywhere. the only thing that i love about this phone is that it is so thin and light.

I only got the Sans Disk 1GB M2 memory (around 750 bucks) from KingCom. The folks from CD-R King sell the same item at around 1600 bucks.

I believe that the commercial cellphone stalls here has the max of 4GB for memory sticks. I think that the Micro SD's for the Nokia phones already have the 8GB memory capacity.

That's my concern about Nokia phones. All of my previous Nokia phones (except my very first phone, the jurassic 3210) are slow as hell, they aren't even the multi-function type (3530i, 3100, 2610).

haven't had it too long, a bunch of modifications, built in gps, lots of games
youtube capability, still waiting for a new stable release of opera mobile
current beta is great, but some small bugs, also awaiting for the new flash
preferred this phone over iphone cause i prefer the qwerty keyboard
and also used to windows mobile..3mp camera too..lighting isnt the greatest though

after i got my phone my wife wanted one just like it, i did however make sure hers was a different color.
