Help With Accessories

i applied some custom accessories to my nba live 08 and take for example David West, wears a sleeve like Kobe's, and its on him and it looks like he has white gloves on?!?!?!? and also when i go to the Player Edit option i can choose what accessory i want to apply to the nba live player but it wont physically show up on him? point is i need help fixing the placement of the accessories and help with making them appear properly can anyone help?
