try his head shape for this guy i think it would look more realistic.

Thanks for trying a new player with a bad pic, OG, you did a great job with what you had. But I still think that the hair is very unrealistic, almost like an action figure toy. What you could do is copy the hair texture from a player with a similar haircut (like Jeff Foster or Gasol) and blend it with his face.

The head shape is also a big problem. The proportions are not right. Maybe samutei could help you out.
