Problem with .viv files in jersey creation

Hi im into the jersey creation, and with the jerser creation tutorial by crappystuff but i have a problem i can replace jerseys but i cant create my own!!! when i use another jersey .viv file and rename the number files, the game crash, i hope that andrew or any jersey expert like lean can help me!!!
