The PC, PS2 and the Wii have the same graphics on the NBA Live?

Yes, pretty much. Please note that if you're talking about NBA Live 09 though, there will be no PC version.

Wii has poorer graphics from my experience, nearly like PSP. While PC looks pretty much like PS2
