for a fast SG check out monta ellis, although he is a bit short, and for a good C there's chris kaman.

If you can, package a scrub with Diaw and trade for Rip Hamlton or Ben Gordon.
As for getting rid of Shaq, I reccomend trading him to a team with at least 10M above the salary cap, like Philadelphia and trade for Sam Dalembert.

If you're trying to unload Shaq, I'd suggest trying to go after Yao. Try Yao/McGrady for Shaq/Diaw.

You could package him, Barbosa and maybe Bell for someone like Bryant or Allen.
