hello,
i need some help
i know my english sucks and al lthis but i realy need your help guys.
i wonder how do i install patches like this one : http://www.nbaliveforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=57916
that every thing in it are only files when nothing write how to install them

No need to create a new thread for this, you should have just waited for someone to help you in the that thread.
But since I am here...
I can't be sure what variety of files they havein thier patch. FSH, EBO and BIG files go in the EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 08\sgsm\ directory. DBF files go in a new subfolder in your My Documents\NBA Live 08\saves\ directory. If the arena's/courts/stadiums are in VIV format, then they go in the \sgsm\stadiums\ directory, otherwise their files go in the sgsm directory.
